GREENE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL NEW YORK ULSTER COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL NEW YORK LITCHFIELD COUNTY IN NORTHERN CONNECTICUT * UNTIL 430 PM EST * AT 1028 AM EST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN MOVING OUT OF NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA AND NORTHERN NEW JERSEY INTO ULSTER AND GREENE COUNTIES WITH HEAVY RAIN ALSO OVER LITCHFIELD COUNTY. THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR LITCHFIELD COUNTY HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO INCLUDE THE ENTIRE COUNTY. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
