* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  ALBANY COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL NEW YORK
  RENSSELAER COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL NEW YORK
  SOUTHERN SARATOGA COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL NEW YORK
  SCHENECTADY COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL NEW YORK

* UNTIL 2 AM EDT SUNDAY MORNING

* AT 810 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A BAND OF
  VERY HEAVY RAIN ALONG A SOUTHEAST TO NORTHWEST STRIPE. THIS AREA
  INCLUDED...NASSAU AND SCHODACK...THROUGH SAND LAKE AND INTO NORTH
  GREENBUSH AND EAST GREENBUSH IN RENSSELAER COUNTY. THAT BAND OF
  HEAVY RAIN CONTINUED INTO ALBANY COUNTY...ESPECIALLY IN COLONIE
  ...GUILDERLAND...NEW SCOTLAND AND BETHLEHEM...INCLUDING THE CITIES
  OF ALBANY...WATERVLIET AND COHOES. THE HEAVY RAIN ALSO REACHED
  INTO MUCH OF SCHENECTADY COUNTY. THE CLIFTON PARK AND HALFMOON
  AREAS OF SOUTHERN SARATOGA COUNTY ALSO HAD A PROLONGED
  PERIOD OF HEAVIER RAINS.

POLICE AGENCIES IN COLONIE REPORTED SEVERAL AREAS OF FLOODING
...INCLUDING SAND CREEK ROAD. RENSSELAER COUNTY OFFICIALS OBSERVED
FLOODING IN NASSAU...EAST GREENBUSH AND EAST SCHODACK. RADAR RAINFALL
ESTIMATES WERE CLOSE TO THREE INCHES IN MUCH OF THE REGION. LOCALIZED
RAINFALLS OF AN ADDITIONAL TWO AND A HALF INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE UNTIL
ABOUT MIDNIGHT.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
RESIDENTS LIVING ALONG STREAMS AND CREEKS SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE
PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT LIFE AND PROPERTY. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS
SWIFTLY FLOWING WATERS OR WATERS OF UNKNOWN DEPTH BY FOOT OR BY
