THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN ALBANY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  ULSTER COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL NEW YORK

* UNTIL 815 PM EDT

* AT 215 PM EDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN CONTINUING OVER MUCH OF ULSTER COUNTY.

* THE AREA MOST VULNERABLE TO FLOODING WILL BE THE TOWNS OF
  DENNING...AND OLIVE WHICH RECEIVED FOUR TO EIGHT INCHES OF RAIN
  FRIDAY EVENING.  THIS INCLUDES THE BUSH KILL AND RONDOUT CREEK
  ALONG ROUTE 46 BETWEEN SUNDOWN AND WEST SHOKAN.
