THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN ALBANY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  HERKIMER COUNTY IN EASTERN NEW YORK
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...ILION...LITTLE FALLS

* UNTIL 415 PM EDT

* AT 137 PM EDT...THE PUBLIC REPORTED FLASH FLOODING IN MOHAWK
  ...FRANKFORT AND MIDDLEVILLE. STORMS WILL CONTINUE TO TRAIN
  OVER HERKIMER COUNTY THROUGH 415 PM WITH RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF
  2 TO 4 INCHES IN SOME AREAS. THIS WILL FLOOD STREETS AND
  SMALL STREAMS ESPECIALLY IN THE SOUTHERN HALF OF THE COUNTY.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
