BAY COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN FLORIDA * UNTIL 250 PM CST (350 PM EST) * AT 151 PM CST... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A DEVELOPING TORNADO 13 MILES SOUTHWEST OF PANAMA CITY BEACH... MOVING NORTH AT 40 MPH. THIS TORNADO WILL REACH THE PANAMA CITY BEACH AREA BY 305 PM CST. THIS IS A DANGEROUS SITUATION. ACT QUICKLY.
