HUNTERDON COUNTY IN NEW JERSEY. SOMERSET COUNTY IN NEW JERSEY. * UNTIL 930 PM EDT. * RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 5 TO OVER 10 INCHES HAVE FALLEN THROUGHOUT THE AREA. MOST STREAMS AND CREEKS ARE EITHER OUT OF THEIR BANKS OR WILL RISE OUT OF THEIR BANKS THIS EVENING. NUMEROUS RAODS ARE WATER COVERED AND IMPASSABLE. TRAVEL TONIGHT SHOULD NOT BE ATTEMPTED UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE THIS EVENING UNTIL FLOYD MOVES NORTH OF THE NEW YORK CITY AREA.
