MORRIS COUNTY IN NEW JERSEY. HUNTERDON COUNTY IN NEW JERSEY. SOMERSET COUNTY IN NEW JERSEY. MIDDLESEX COUNTY IN NEW JERSEY. MONMOUTH COUNTY IN NEW JERSEY. * UNTIL 430 PM EDT. * HEAVY RAINS ASSOCIATED WITH HURRICANE FLOYD CONTINUE TO AFFECT THE AREA. RAINFALL RATES OF OVER AN INCH AND HOUR CAN BE EXPECTED AT MANY LOCATIONS. GAGE READINGS INDICATE RAPID RISES ON LOCAL STREAMS AND CREEKS.
