643 PM EDT THU AUG 26 1999

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN BURLINGTON COUNTY IN NEW JERSEY.

* UNTIL 830 PM EDT.

* AT 630 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  AND SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS OVER A SMALL PART OF EASTERN
  BURLINGTON COUNTY NEW JERSEY.  RADAR ESTIMATES THESE STORMS ARE
  PRODUCING TWO TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN IN AN HOUR...AND UP TO FOUR
  INCHES MAY HAVE ALREADY FALLEN.

  THE AREA OF HEAVIEST RAIN APPEARS TO BE ALONG COUNTY ROAD 530
  SOUTHEAST OF BROWNS MILLS.  HOWEVER...THESE STORMS HAVE A
  HISTORY OF BUILDING WESTWARD WITH TIME.

  A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT. IT IS
  IMPORTANT TO KNOW WHERE YOU ARE RELATIVE TO STREAMS...RIVERS...OR
