THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  OCEAN COUNTY IN NEW JERSEY.

* UNTIL 800 PM EDT.

* AT 600 PM EDT...VERY HEAVY AND SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WERE
  CONTINUING TO DEVELOP OVER PORTIONS OF NORTHERN AND CENTRAL OCEAN
  COUNTY NEW JERSEY.  RADAR ESTIMATES THAT THESE STORMS ARE
  PRODUCING RAINS OF UP TO THREE INCHES IN AN HOUR...AND THAT A
  TOTAL OF FIVE TO SIX INCHES MAY HAVE FALLEN SINCE NOON.

  THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS RECEIVED REPORTS OF FLOODING OF
  ROADS AND BUILDINGS IN THE AREA AROUND KESWICK IN MANCHESTER TWP.

  DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
  ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
  CROSS SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED
  QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
