THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY NJ HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN CAMDEN COUNTY IN NEW JERSEY
  WESTERN ATLANTIC COUNTY IN NEW JERSEY

* UNTIL 140 PM EST

  SOME MAJOR ROADS IN THE AREA ARE RESTRICTED OR CLOSED BECAUSE THEY
  ARE FLOODED.

  HAMMONTON POLICE REPORT ROUTE 54 BETWEEN THE WHITE HORSE PIKE AND
  FIRST ROAD IS CLOSED.  THE WATER WAS UP TO CAR WINDOWS IN A FEW
  SPOTS.  THEY URGE MOTORISTS TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS AREA UNTIL
  WATER LEVELS RECEDE.

  THERE HAVE ALSO BEEN REPORTS FROM WINSLOW TOWNSHIP THAT THE WHITE
  HORSE PIKE WAS FLOODED AND WAS RESTRICTED OR CLOSED IN A FEW
  SPOTS.

  DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
  ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
  CROSS SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED
  QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
