THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOBILE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTH CENTRAL OKALOOSA COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN FLORIDA

* UNTIL 215 AM CDT

* AT 1158 PM CDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR AT MOBILE
  INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER NORTH CENTRAL
  OKALOOSA COUNTY. THE STORMS ARE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MILES AN
  HOUR. RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE 3 TO 4 INCHES AN HOUR ARE BEING
  PRODUCED BY THESE STORMS.

* THIS WILL CAUSE WIDESPREAD FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS AND POOR
  DRAINAGE AREAS IN THE NORTH CENTRAL PARZT OF THE COUNTY.
