* STRONG THUNDERSTORMS TRAINING ACROSS TAZEWELL WILL PRODUCE RAPID
  RISES OF STREAMS AND LOW LYING AREAS.

* THE STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE UNTIL 4AM WITH 1 TO 2
  INCHES OF RAINFALL AN HOUR EXPECTED.
