  PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAIN FROM 30 MILES EAST OF ROSEAU TO 40 MILES
  SOUTHEAST OF ROSEAU NEAR FAUNCE MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.

  THESE STORMS HAVE PRODUCED RAINFALL RATES IN EXCESS OF THREE INCHES
  AS THEY PASSED ACROSS ROSEAU COUNTY.
