* AT 840 PM EDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE COUNTY
  DRIFTING VERY SLOWLY SOUTH. MORE THAN 2 INCHES OR RAIN
  FELL ON PARTS OF THE COUNTY BETWEEN 740 AND 840 PM...BRINGING
  RAINFALL TOTALS FOR THE DAY TO BETWEEN 3 AND 4 INCHES. ANOTHER
