* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BEXAR COUNTY IN TEXAS

* UNTIL 1200 PM CDT

* AT 1000 AM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN
  AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN...MOVING NORTH AT
  AROUND 5 MPH.

* DOPPLER RADAR HAS ESTIMATED HOURLY RAINFALL RATES UP TO 2 INCHES
  PER HOUR ACROSS THE CITY OF SAN ANTONIO. WITH RECENT HEAVY
  RAINFALL OCCURRING OVER NORTHWEST SAN ANTONIO MONDAY EVENING...
  THIS ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL LIKELY PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING. LOW
  WATER CROSSINGS AND BRIDGES...ESECIALLY ALONG LEON CREEK BELOW
  CULEBRA ROAD...ARE EXPECTED TO FLOOD AT TIMES.
