RAIN NEVER REALLY SHUT OFF OVERNIGHT WITH SHOWERS CONTINUING IN FRONT
OF NEXT RAIN SHIELD THAT IS SHOWING UP OFFSHORE WITH NEXT SYSTEM.
THIS NEXT SYSTEM IS MOVING SLIGHTLY FASTER THAN WHAT THE MODELS HAD
FORECASTED YESTERDAY AND STILL HAS ITS SIGHTS SET ON THE NORTH COAST.
THE EXITING SYSTEM LOWERED THE SNOW LEVEL TO AROUND 4000 FEET THIS
MORNING AND SNOW ADVISORY FOR THIS LEVEL TODAY STILL LOOKS GOOD.

WILL BE UPDATING FORECAST TO LOWER HIGH TEMPS AS RAIN WILL START
SOONER AND FEEL THAT EVEN WITH THE SOUTH WIND...TEMPS WILL NOT RISE
