* UNTIL 205 PM CDT

* RUNOFF FROM TORRENTIAL RAINFALL OVERNIGHT WILL CONTINUE TO CAUSE
  SWOLLEN RIVERS AND TRIBUTARIES ESPECIALLY ALONG THE SMOKY HILL
  RIVER FROM CEDAR BLUFF TO NEAR SCHOENCHEN AND THE ALONG THE BIG
  CREEK FROM 10 MILES EAST OF TREGO CENTER TO HAYS.

* FLOODING WILL STILL OCCUR OVER RURAL ROADS ESPECIALLY IN
