THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BUFFALO HAS ISSUED A

* FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN ERIE COUNTY IN WESTERN NEW YORK

* UNTIL 700 PM EDT

* BETWEEN 400 AND 5 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER
  RADAR INDICATED RAINFALL TOTALS OF ABOUT 3 INCHES NEAR ALDEN
  AND CRITTENDON IN ERIE COUNTY.

* THE TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS PRODUCED FROM TRAINING
  THUNDERSTORMS WILL RESULT IN RAPID RISES ON SMALLER CREEKS
  AND STREAMS...ALONG WITH URBAN FLOODING IN AREAS OF POOR
  DRAINAGE. THERE WILL BE SIGNIFICANT PONDING OF WATER ON
  ROADWAYS AND POSSIBLY SOME BASEMENT FLOODING.
