* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CATTARAUGUS COUNTY IN WESTERN NEW YORK

* UNTIL 620 PM EDT

* NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THREE TO
  FIVE INCHES OF RAIN OVER THE PAST HOUR AND HALF JUST SOUTH
  OF THE PENNSYLVANIA BORDER NEAR BRADFORD.

* THIS RAIN WILL MAKE ITS WAY INTO THE FEEDER STREAMS IN THE
  OF THE ALLEGHENY BASIN. WATCH FOR RAPID RISES...ESPECIALLY
  ON THE TUNUNGWANT CREEK.
