THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BUFFALO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  THE SALMON RIVER IN OSWEGO COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW YORK

* UNTIL 500 AM EDT


* AS A RESULT OF 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN ACROSS OSWEGO COUNTY SATURDAY
  NIGHT A LARGE RELEASE OF WATER CONTINUES FROM THE SALMON RIVER
  RESERVOIR. THIS WILL KEEP WATER LEVELS NEAR BANKFULL FROM BENNETTS
  BRIDGE DOWNSTREAM TO PULASKI AND PORT ONTARIO AT THE
  MOUTH OF THE SALMON RIVER. PERSONS ALONG THE RIVER SHOULD SEEK
  HIGHER GROUND.

RELEASES WHICH COULD CAUSE EVEN HIGHER WATER LEVELS ALONG THE SALMON
