THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BUFFALO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  OSWEGO COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW YORK

* UNTIL 645 PM EDT


* AS A RESULT OF 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN ACROSS OSWEGO COUNTY SATURDAY
  NIGHT THERE WILL BE A LARGE RELEASE OF WATER FROM THE SALMON RIVER
  RESERVOIR. THIS WILL PRODUCE A VERY RAPID RISE IN WATER LEVELS
  FROM BENNETT BRIDGES DOWNSTREAM TO PULASKI AND PORT ONTARIO AT THE
  MOUTH OF THE SALMON RIVER. PERSONS ALONG THE RIVER SHOULD SEEK
  HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY! EVACUATE THE RIVER AREA!
