RANDALL COUNTY IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE * UNTIL 930 PM CDT * AT 854 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO.
