THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TULSA HAS ISSUED A
TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1115 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN NORTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA

   ...NORTHERN OSAGE COUNTY

AT 1020 PM...DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO 5
MILES EAST OF ARKANSAS CITY.  TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS INDICATED A
FUNNEL CLOUD IN THIS VICINITY.  THE STORM WAS MOVING TO THE EAST
SOUTHEAST AT 35 MPH.  GRAINOLA IS IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM.

THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION. ACT QUICKLY. IF YOU ARE IN
THE PATH OF THIS POSSIBLE TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF
AVAILABLE. OTHERWISE... GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST
FLOOR. AVOID WINDOWS AND DOORS. ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES FOR
A STURDIER BUILDING OR GET INTO A DITCH OR CULVERT.
