* AT 923 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 12 MILES WEST-SOUTHWEST OF
  DEPEW. A TORNADO COULD FORM AT ANY TIME AS THIS STORM MOVES
  NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
