* AT 833 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH STRONG ROTATION 14 MILES WEST OF PAWNEE. A
  TORNADO COULD FORM AT ANY TIME AS THIS STORM MOVES EAST AT 25 MPH.
