NORTHERN OSAGE COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA * UNTIL 630 PM CDT * AT 518 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A DEVELOPING TORNADO 20 MILES WEST OF BURBANK...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH. * THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS ARE NEAR THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO... BURBANK SHIDLER WEBB CITY FORAKER GRAINOLA LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING STRAIGHT LINE WINDS WILL ALSO ACCOMPANY THIS STORM. MOVE TO A SAFE PLACE IMMEDIATELY! THE SAFEST PLACE IN A TORNADO IS BELOW GROUND.
