   FOR THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS:

      NORTHWESTERN ORANGE COUNTY AND ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS
      ...AFFECTING THE CITY OF SEAL BEACH...

AT 7 PM...DOPPLER RADARS INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS
EXTENDING ACROSS MUCH OF EXTREME NORTHWESTERN ORANGE COUNTY...AND
ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS. NUMEROUS WATERSPOUTS HAD BEEN REPORTED
FROM THESE STORMS OFFSHORE...AND WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING
TORNADOS ACROSS THE ABOVE LISTED AREA. IN ADDITION...THESE NEARLY
STATIONARY STORMS COULD PRODUCE DANGEROUS LIGHTNING...HEAVY
DOWNPOURS...AND HAIL.
