THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SPRINGFIELD HAS ISSUED A

* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
  ST. CLAIR COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL MISSOURI

* UNTIL 600 PM CDT

* AT 455 PM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO 5 MILES SOUTH OF
  SCHELL CITY OR 30 MILES SOUTHWEST OF OSCEOLA.  THIS STORM WAS
  MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
  AREAS BETWEEN TABERVILLE AND THE CEDAR COUNTY LINE BY 515 PM
  AREAS NORTH OF ROSCOE BY 525 PM
