683 WFUS1 KRDU 012026 RRA TORRDU NCC191-012055- BULLETIN - EAS ACTIVATION REQUESTED TORNADO WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RALEIGH NC 324 PM EST WED APR 1 1998 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN RALEIGH HAS ISSUED A * TORNADO WARNING FOR EASTERN WAYNE COUNTY * UNTIL 355 PM EST * THIS TORNADO WILL AFFECT: AREAS EAST OF AND INCLUDING MOUNT OLIVE AND GOLDSBORO. * WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM CONTAINING A POSSIBLE TORNADO MOVING NORTHEAST OUT OF SAMPSON COUNTY. IT WILL AFFECT THE MOUNT OLIVE AREA AROUND 330 PM. GET OUT OF MOBILE HOMES AND VEHICLES AND INTO A STURDY BUILDING OR A DITCH.
