* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
  KIOWA COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN COLORADO

* UNTIL 810 PM MDT

* AT 705 PM...RADAR SHOWED A DEVELOPING TORNADO 2 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
  EADS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH.

SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED WILL BE EADS BY 710 PM OPEN COUNTRY SOUTH
OF EADS THROUGH 730 PM  IF YOU ARE IN OR CLOSE TO THE WARNED AREA
GO TO SAFETY IN A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM AWAY FROM WINDOWS.  A
BASEMENT OFFERS THE BEST PROTECTION.  ABANDON VEHICLES AND MOBILE
