THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PUEBLO HAS EXTENDED THE

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN EL PASO COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL COLORADO

* UNTIL 700 PM MDT

* AT 545 PM MDT...DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED THAT RAIN CONTINUES TO
FALL AT THE RATE OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR OVER PORTIONS OF
NORTHERN EL PASO COUNTY.  SINCE THE GROUND IS ALREADY SATURATED
AND STREAMS ARE ALREADY FULL IN THIS AREA...THIS ADDITIONAL RAINFALL
WILL LIKELY PROLONG THE FLOODING OVER NORTHERN EL PASO COUNTY FOR A
WHILE LONGER.  THE HEAVY RAIN PRODUCING THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING
EAST AT 10 MPH.

* THUNDERSTORMS WILL BRING FLOODING RAIN TO NORTHERN EL PASO COUNTY
  THROUGH 700 PM MDT.
