  WESTERN PROWERS COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN COLORADO

* AT 945 PM MDT...DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED 2 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN FROM
  8 MILES SOUTHWEST OF LAMAR TO 12 MILES NORTHEAST OF LAMAR.  THE
  HEAVY RAIN WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

* THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN WILL BRING FLOODING RAIN TO THE
  WILEY AND LAMAR AREAS...ALONG HIGHWAYS 50 AND 287/385 NEAR WILEY
