IN SOUTHEASTERN MISSOURI ...MISSISSIPPI COUNTY ...EASTERN NEW MADRID COUNTY A TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO MOVE THROUGH OR NEAR EAST PRAIRIE BY 1020 PM AND ANNISTON BY 1035 PM. AT 1004 PM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO 10 MILES NORTHEAST OF NEW MADRID NEAR HENDERSON. MOVEMENT WAS NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH. THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION -- TAKE COVER NOW.
