THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN OMAHA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BOONE COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN NEBRASKA
  MADISON COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN NEBRASKA
  PLATTE COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN NEBRASKA

* UNTIL 435 AM CDT

* AT 1035 PM CDT... HEAVY RAINS OF 1 TO 4 INCHES HAVE FALLEN IN MUCH
  OF BOONE COUNTY WITH SOME AREAS OF AN INCH IN MADISON COUNTY.
  ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINS ARE LIKELY.

SOME STREAMS AFFECTED INCLUDE...THE MAIN STREAMS AND THEIR
TRIBUTARIES AFFECTED ARE...BEAVER CREEK
AND SHELL CREEK...WHERE AT THIS TIME MOST OF THE RAIN HAS FALLEN IN
THE UPPER REACHES.  NEWMAN GROVE IS THREATENED WITH FLOODING.

MOVE TO HIGH GROUND IF FLOOD WATERS THREATEN.  DO NOT STAY IN AREAS
SUBJECT TO FLOODING.
