* AT 210 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE STORM WITH LARGE
  HAIL IN NORTH CENTRAL IOWA...OR 25 MILES SOUTH OF FAIRMONT.  THE
  STORM WAS MOVING NORTH AT 45 MPH.
