* AT 915 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE STORM NEAR
  PRESCOTT ABOUT 20 MILES SOUTHEAST OF ST PAUL TO 10 MILES
  NORTHWEST OF CANNON FALLS...ABOUT 20 MILES SOUTH OF ST PAUL. THE
  STORM WAS MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
