* AT 950 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN NEAR JORDAN...ABOUT 30 MILES
  SOUTHWEST OF MINNEAPOLIS...MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

* AN AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH TORRENTIAL RAIN CONTINUES TO
  REDEVELOP AND MOVE OVER THE SAME AREAS OF SCOTT COUNTY AND MUCH OF
