* UNTIL 1100 PM CDT

* AT 1020 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE STORMS
  FROM ROCKFORD...25 MILES WEST OF MINNEAPOLIS TO HAMBURG...40 MILES
  SOUTHWEST OF MINNEAPOLIS.  THE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH.
