IN SOUTHERN ALABAMA ...COVINGTON COUNTY AT 1137 AM CDT... DOPPLER RADAR AT MOBILE INDICATED A DEVELOPING TORNADO 7 MILES WEST OF OPP MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.
