* AT 1112 AM CDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR AT MOBILE
  INDICATED SPIRAL BANDS FROM HURRICANE GEORGES WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN
  MOVING OVER COVINGTON COUNTY AND BUTLER COUNTIES.  RADAR
