  INDICATED SPIRAL BANDS ASSOCIATED WITH HURRICANE GEORGES

* VERY HEAVY RAINFALL...WITH HOURLY RATES APPROACHING 3 INCHES IN
  LOCALIZED AREAS...WILL CONTINUE. AS A RESULT FLOODING OF SMALL
  STREAMS AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS...AS WELL AS STREET FLOODING WILL
  CONTINUE. MAJOR FLOODING HAS BEEN OCCURRING IN ESCAMBIA COUNTY
  FLORIDA...AND THE MOST SERIOUS ADDITIONAL FLOODING POTENTIAL OVER
  THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS WILL BE OVER NORTHERN SANTA ROSA COUNTY
  FLORIDA AND WESTERN ESCAMBIA COUNTY ALABAMA.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING.
