* AT 433... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  TORNADO NEAR THE TITUSVILLE AIRPORT .  MOVEMENT WAS SOUTH AT 5 TO
  10 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
