  HEAVY RAINFALL OVER THE LAST FEW HOURS FROM SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS
  THAT HAVE PASSED ACROSS ROCK COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT UP TO
  TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS ROCK COUNTY.
