RANDOLPH COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN ARKANSAS * UNTIL 650 PM CDT * AT 558 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO ALONG THE LAWRENCE-RANDOLPH COUNTY LINE..NORTH OF BLACK ROCK. THE STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH AND WILL MOVE NEAR POCAHONTAS AT 620 PM CDT. .IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE IS A BASEMENT.
