* UNTIL 515 PM CST

* AT 441 PM CST... MIDLAND DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A DEVELOPING
  TORNADO 39 MILES WEST OF MENTONE OR 35 MILES SOUTHEAST OF PINE
  SPRINGS... MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.

THE TORNADO IS CURRENTLY EXPECTED TO REMAIN OVER RURAL AREAS...BUT
