THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LITTLE ROCK HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WESTERN BOONE COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL ARKANSAS

* UNTIL 530 PM CDT

* AT 345 PM CDT...DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR SHOWED A NEARLY
  STATIONARY CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS ABOUT 2 MILES EAST OF
  ALPENA NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF HIGHWAYS 62 AND 392. THE RADAR
  ESTIMATED THAT UP TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN IN THE PAST
  HALF HOUR. WITH MORE HEAVY RAIN EXPECTED DURING THE WARNING
  PERIOD...FLASH FLOODING IS LIKELY TO OCCUR.

DON'T DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD! THE WATER
DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT FOR SAFE PASSAGE. IT ONLY TAKES ABOUT TWO
