CLARK COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN MISSOURI SCOTLAND COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN MISSOURI * UNTIL 710 PM CDT * FOR MEMPHIS AND KAHOKA IN FAR NORTHEAST MISSOURI * A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE MOVING THROUGH SCOTLAND AND CLARK COUNTIES PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING.
