JEFFERSON COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI SOUTHERN ST. LOUIS COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI ST. LOUIS CITY IN EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI * UNTIL 100 PM CDT * AT 955 AM ANOTHER CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAINS IS MOVING EAST INTO THE AREA. TWO TO LOCALLY THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN THIS MORNING AND THE GROUND CANNOT ABSORB ANY MORE WATER. ANOTHER 1.00 TO 1.50 INCHES OF RAIN WILL LIKELY FALL ACROSS THE SOUTH METRO AREA THROUGH 1 PM TODAY. * COMMUNITIES IN THE METRO AREA SOUTH OF ROUTE 40 WILL BE LIKELY TO RECEIVE VERY HEAVY RAINS..AS WELL AS THE SIX FLAGS/EUREKA AREA...
