NORTHEASTERN HOLT COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA * UNTIL 830 PM CDT * AT 755 PM CDT... NORTH PLATTE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO 17 MILES NORTHEAST OF O NEILL OR 14 MILES NORTH OF PAGE MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH. * THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN IN RURAL AREAS.
