* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHEASTERN GARDEN COUNTY IN THE NEBRASKA PANHANDLE

* UNTIL 805 PM MDT (905 PM CDT)

* AT 600 PM CDT... AREA LAW ENFORCEMENT INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM
  WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN EAST OF LEWELLEN... MOVING SLOWLY SOUTHEAST.

* FROM TWO TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN FROM THIS STORM AND
  WATER HAS BEEN RUNNING OVER A COUNTY ROAD NEAR HIGHWAY 26 IN THE
  VICINITY OF LEWELLEN. WATER HAS BEEN REPORTED TO BE FENDER DEEP BY
  THE LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY.
